Front desk were very friendly and made our check-in smooth and easy, and also ensure our entire comfort throughout our stay. Splendid rooms were neat and tidy with a marvellous scenery from our balcony. Very impressive house keeping friend who know our wants in prior and act accordingly was really appreciated. Extraordinary role played by chef with delicious food all the time which was mind blowing and mouth watering. Outstanding and brilliant food service made me to feel home away from home seariously such a caring friend.

A newly built property with clean rooms. Bathrooms are small. Hot water is not adequate. The menu of the restaurant is elaborate and the quality of food is good however service leaves a lot to be desired. The biggest complaint is that they take 2 days to do your laundry

I stayed at this hotel last week. Location is good. It's away from the massive traffic jams of the city. I reached Airport from hotel within 30 mins. Hotel seems to be a new property and beautifully build. Service is very good and rooms are neat and clean. Food served was tasty. Overall great stay.

Hotel is being managed by a billing clerk at reception , Stayed in a super delux room , with very large extended window . its a new hotel . they have kept the bar fridge over the luggage desk . Bed was comfortable . Toilet not well designed , floor is not anti skid , I have left my lounge track in toilet but there is no intimation from hotel till date . Breakfast lacked variety and was very ordinary . I can call it a two star mentality hotel with three star building .

Location: - It is located right on the highway to Meghalaya so convenient when you have work nearby. To be more precise in Betkuchi. Right beside the hotel is Niru's Dhaba - another excellent joint to have your bites. Hotel Amenities: - The hotel stands tall beside the small dhabas nearby and due to being completely new the rooms seem to be nice and clean. I stayed in a Super Deluxe room where it was equipped with a double bed, large sized LCD TV, Work Table, Guest chairs and Table, Free Wifi, etc. Food & Beverage: - Breakfast spread needs more variety and so does the in room dining. I was upset one day as they could not provide me with bread toast. So the hotel definitely needs to work out on this section. Staff: - Members are friendly and very helpful. Though they are not trained to be too professional and behave with certain standards, however, they were amicable and ready to offer assistance. Particularly Mr Bikash Das was very kind and though he is into BD yet he personally ensures everything is in order. Check in Check out: - Please note that like any other hotel, the check out time is at 12:00 Noon. Though the process was not delayed due to any inefficient staff, however, advice you to carry adequate cash in hand during check out as there is a possibility that the EDC for card payment may falter. Final Verdict: Though away from the main city and placed on the highway, a value for money hotel with friendly and cooperative staff that will make you feel welcome while you stay.
